Finished off "Reilly's Rangers" - that sidequest is a gold mine for stimpaks; the hospital had tons of them. After that, I noticed I was pretty close to Level 20. Since I've been playing "good", I dashed off to Arefu and Big Town to kill some civilians and bring down my karma. It's kinda icky doing that, since my normal play style is a stealthy do-gooder, but I'd rather knock them off here in a rampage or two to get the two achievements for reaching it with neutral or bad karma then get back to the normal quest. Still, now I can focus on the main questline, or knock off a the last few sidequests. I think Paradise Falls warrants a return visit; I have more than enough caps to bribe my way in there now...
