It looks like PuzzleQuest CH1&2 isn't yet compatible with iPhone OS 3.0. It slowly started to stutter and then crashed all the way out. during battle. Hopefully there's a patch coming. It's pretty slack that they didn't catch this with the lengthy beta of the OS that developers had though.
